Born and raised in Lincoln, I have had the pleasure of watching this city grow. Raised by great parents that have always encouraged and nurtured my entrepreneurial spirit. I went to high school at Lincoln Southwest and then had the great opportunity to graduate from Doane University. I was blessed to have grown up around the world of construction, as my father is a trusted Lincoln contractor and took every opportunity to instill his knowledge of construction. Now I spend my time as a Lincoln REALTOR® and am consistently learning about all things real estate. I strongly value relationships with people and am always striving to be a helping hand.

I was raised in Norfolk, Nebraska by two great parents that taught me determination. I attended college at Doane University and finished my bachelors degree at University at Nebraska Lincoln. I was brought up to believe that if you can dream it and have the freedom to pursue it, it can be done. My week days are spent working at a great sales job in Lincoln. In my free time I pursue my passion and business, real estate investing. Throughout this time I have learned a lot about financial education, or the lack thereof, and enjoy helping others discover and embrace their journey.

Our Story

We met at Doane University and dated throughout all of college. Nearing graduation we were introduced to the opportunities in Real Estate Investing. We now focus our efforts on value-add investments with the goal of building a portfolio of properties. It is our belief to uplift the community and help build a place people are proud to live in.

Our track record consists of successfully fix and flipping a few properties throughout Lincoln, owning/managing rental property, owning/managing Airbnb short-term rentals. We would not have had our success without the help of others including Terry Manson (Stacy's dad) our underpaid but stellar contractor/advisor/mentor. Additionally the Lincoln investment community has been open and encouraging, lending helpful advice and resources.
